Message from a client: Just wanted to let you know that we've just come back from a 3 day break in Rome where I enjoyed pasta, pizza, ice cream and many other Italian delights, all guilt free. Wore comfortable clothes and spent no time worrying about my weight. A huge, big wonderful success. Thank you.

Message from a client: Sorry to spam but I had to let you know that I got married over the weekend! I had an incredible day, ate so much amazing food, including the cake I made and just bathed in the love and happiness of the day. I felt so at home in my body, as I have felt ever since working with you! Thank you again for everything Cassie.

Hear from Danielle, Clare and Abhi

I have a question for you...

Do you feel like you think about food 24/7?

You wake up most days with that familiar, heavy feeling already sitting on your chest. That low hum of dread and the mental ticker tape already running.

"Why was I so bad yesterday?"

"How does my stomach look?"

"I'm so disgusting I can't believe I ate that I'm getting back on track today."

If so, you might be familiar with the diet-binge cycle:

The diet-binge cycle: restrict, cravings, binge, feel guilty, and back to restrict The diet-binge cycle Restrict Cravings Binge Feel guilty

But you desperately want to create healthy habits that stick, feel confident in your own skin and stop feeling so out of control with food. You keep thinking that there must be some secret everyone is hiding.

Because from the outside looking in…

You have an amazing life. A successful career, loyal friends, a loving family. You support and show up for so many people in your life.

But inside your head…

There's this constant, exhausting background noise that nobody else can hear.

The calculations, the negotiations, the guilt, the promise you make yourself every single night that tomorrow will be different.

You find yourself constantly wondering: how is it possible to think about food this much and still feel this out of control?

The cruel irony is that every solution that promised to fix this has only made it worse, feeding the perfectionism, guilt, obsession, and all-or-nothing spiral you were trying so desperately to escape in the first place.

And when that happens enough times, it stops feeling like the solutions were wrong and starts feeling like you're the problem.

Like you're the one woman on earth for whom freedom with food just isn't in the cards.

I am so so grateful to Cassie for all her help and would really recommend her to anyone considering taking this step. Before my initial intro session with Cassie, I was feeling fairly pessimistic that nothing would help me (because nothing had worked thus far), but from the get-go Cassie's help has far exceeded my expectations. Her holistic approach, calming / compassionate manner and deep insight in this space has helped me so much; and she made me feel so supported the whole way through.

But here's the truth from a dietitian and certified intuitive eating counsellor who has supported over 500 women to food + body freedom over the last decade:

There is nothing wrong with you, you don't need more willpower, and there is no magical secret (pinky promise!)

What there is, is an industry that is designed to keep you confused and stuck.

As Upton Sinclair put it…

"It's difficult to get someone to tell you the truth when their profit depends on you not knowing it."

Upton Sinclair

And I think he just summed up the multi-billion dollar diet industry perfectly.

One week fat is the enemy, the next it's carbs. Clean eating, high protein, intermittent fasting, supplements, whole 30… the goalposts never stop moving.

When you're confused about what to eat, you keep searching for the answer.

And every search leads to another product, another program, another purchase.

Your exhaustion and self-blame are the intended outcome.

“I had read the Intuitive Eating workbook, done the practice exercises, and tried my best to feel at ease with food. But through working with Cassie, I discovered that my nervous system was the missing piece. It has now been over a year since we worked together, and I am the happiest I have been in years, living life to the fullest and feeling at ease around food in all areas of my life.”

If you're this far into reading this page, there's something really important that I want to promise you before we go any further:

Transformation IS possible.

I know that because I've spent the last decade sitting with hundreds of women who were exactly where you are right now.

  • Women who would buy a block of chocolate with every intention of having one or two squares after dinner, and then find themselves standing at the kitchen bench at 8pm having eaten the whole thing without even really tasting it.

  • Women who couldn't walk past the pantry without the family-size bag of Doritos calling them, that they'd eventually cave, eat the whole bag in one go, and then feel so ashamed they'd shove the empty packet to the bottom of the bin before anyone caught them.

  • Women who'd turn to food after a stressful day for relief, comfort, distraction or to numb out from their own mental chaos.

  • Women who'd done every diet, lost the same ten kilos, and gained it back every single time, and couldn't understand what was wrong with their body.

  • Women who, when someone suggested they try intuitive eating and body acceptance, recoiled. Because what they actually wanted was to lose weight and feel good in their body; body acceptance and just "eating whatever they wanted" felt like giving up on themselves entirely.

And that's when they found me and Eat with Ease.

Quite simply the best decision I ever made was to work with Cassie. She has a deep understanding and insight into this space and from my initial meeting which started honestly from a place of despair, her knowledgeable, empathic and supportive approach helped me find a place where I'm starting to trust myself and let go of deeply unhelpful practices around eating, dieting and nutrition.
A message from a client
Message from a client: I had no idea what intuitive eating was when I started and I felt like my eating habits were just who I was. I have so much more space in my brain for me now that food isn't a part of my emotional decision making and I'm excited to have total control back in my life over how I want to live.
A message from a client
Message from a client: I go to the gym now and found classes I love doing, my creativity is coming out again, I'm much more present in my body and what it needs and that sense of autonomy has been a huge shift for me.

Just imagine for a moment how good this would feel:

  • You sit down to a meal and eat what sounds good to you, stop when you're full and get on with your day without a single second thought.

  • You can keep foods like chocolate, cookies and donuts in your house and feel totally chill. Actually, most days you forget they're even there.

  • You eat the cake when you TRULY want it with complete TRUST in your body (without guilt, obsession or feeling stuffed).

  • When you go on holiday, you enjoy all the new foods without the constant mental battle that you're "being bad" (or making up for it with a new diet when you get home).

  • You value your body and renew your relationship with fitness. Exercise goes from being something you hate to being about strength, empowerment and self-care (we take care of things we value).

  • You feel confident in your body and at home in your own skin. You take the photo, wear the shorts and say yes to the burger and fries.

  • You have the space and energy to enjoy the pleasures in life that diets stole from you. The dinner and drinks with the girls on Friday night, your Grandma's famous dessert, and date night with your husband, without any guilt, judgement or mental math.

  • When food doesn't go to plan you view it as no big deal. Self-compassion, flexibility and spontaneity is your default now (goodbye self-criticism and judgement).

All of this and more is not a fantasy.

This is food + body freedom.
And it's what Eat with Ease is built to give you.

Message from a client: As I'm no longer seeing you I just have to let you know all the amazing wins I'm having: Today I went out in a pair of shorts! (unheard of before unless I was on holiday) and this week I achieved my RYA powerboat 2 certificate, even though I was so incredibly nervous and fearful of being in charge of a boat. All I can say is that I am a different person mentally than I was last June.

The Eat with Ease Method

The 3 steps to food and body freedom

Friends sharing burgers, fries and roasted vegetables around a table

Step 1

Intuitive eating with nervous system regulation

Heal binge and emotional eating at the root

  • Ditch the diet mindset and get to the root of your binge, stress and comfort eating, with practical tools for before, during and after the urge hits.
  • Calm a nervous system that’s stuck in survival mode and rebuild body trust, so you can hear and honour your hunger, fullness and satisfaction again.
  • Put it all into practice in the messy, real moments of life: the work dinners, the holidays, the stressful days and the “I’ve already blown it” days.

Step 2

A food and body freedom mindset

From dieter to someone who eats with ease

  • Shift your identity from “binge eater”, “emotional eater” or “dieter” to someone who eats mindfully and healthfully, and finds food peaceful, easy and joyful.
  • Drop the food rules and take the morality out of food, so you feel neutral around every food (yes, even your fear foods) and trust your body with what and how much you eat.
  • Know your body doesn’t define your worth. Say yes to the beach, the dress and the photo, and get through rough body image days without punishing yourself with food or restriction.

Step 3

Joyful health

Health, movement and life, without diet culture

  • Practical, evidence-based nutrition from a dietitian for metabolic and heart health, menopause and other health conditions, through a non-diet lens that never feels restrictive.
  • Bring the fun, joy and pleasure back into moving your body and into your hobbies, so movement becomes a way to care for yourself, not a punishment.
  • Answer the bigger question, “What do I actually want out of life?”, and build the kind of self-love and self-worth that comes from within, not from the scales.

You already know what you "should" do. This program gives you the tools, support, and psychological scaffolding to actually do it AND make it last.

“After years of dieting and restricting, and still hating my body regardless, I can finally say that food no longer causes me daily turmoil and I’m the kindest I have ever been to my body. Cassie has helped me to not only learn to give my body what it needs and not feel guilty about it, but have started me on a journey toward self-love that I thought may never be possible. Can’t recommend her enough! I value these past 12 weeks so much and know that that value will only grow in years to come. I am so thankful”

About Cassie

Having spent ten years working 1:1 with 500+ women as an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, I know that having someone with the right clinical knowledge in your corner matters, but knowing how to meet you exactly where you are, rather than where a protocol says you should be, matters even more.

With my decade of experience, I bring the practical guidance and the deep emotional support to heal your food and body struggles so you can begin a new chapter of peace, connection, and trust with food, your body and yourself.

My promise to you is that I will show up 100% for our work together.

The only question I have for you is: are you ready to do the same?

“When I started working with Cassie, I had tried and failed every diet, consistently gained weight every year, blamed myself as a failure for not being able to lose weight, and generally loathed myself for being “lazy and undisciplined”. Once I started working with Cassie, I saw that none of this was my fault, food became a pleasure again, instead of a source of guilt. I learned how to take care of myself and be kind to myself. Although I learned some practical things, like protein fills me up and eating pasta is not a sin, more importantly I stopped beating myself up. My self-esteem came back, and it actually has nothing to do with food! I am so grateful to Cassie for changing my relationship with food and with myself!”
“I was lucky enough to work with Cassie twice. First time as a part of her Intuitive Eating Program and recently we worked at a much deeper level as a part of The Eat with Ease Program. Both were extremely beneficial for me. I have been struggling with disordered eating since I was a teen and subsequently, I read a tone of information on it. But Cassie’s knowledge and understanding of the psychology in this area is truly phenomenal. During our online meetings Cassie was very attentive to the baseline causes, not just the symptoms, and after each session I felt a sense of emotional relief, as I understood myself much better. … I think that Cassie is a priceless professional in the field. And if you want to build a healthy relationship with yourself and free up from the burden of diet culture, Cassie is the right person to reach out to!”
“I have had the pleasure of working with Cassie and she has helped me overcome something I have suffered from for most of my adult life. I honestly never ever thought I would ever recover, but I'm glad to say I'm a new person. I'm no longer consumed with thoughts of dieting, food, guilt and shame. I have rediscovered food freedom, and for that I am so much calmer. Thank you Cassie, you have saved my life.”
“In the last 9 months we have been working together I have made huge progress in such a short time. I am not constantly preoccupied with food. I say yes to social occasions and I'm actually present, enjoying conversations with friends rather than worrying about what I have eaten. I no longer rely on old behaviours to deal with difficult emotions. Working with Cassie is one of the best things I have done for myself.”

Eat with Ease is for you if:

  • You struggle with bingeing and emotional overeating.
  • You don't trust yourself around foods like chocolate, chips, cookies or anything you've decided is "bad" so when you finally let yourself have them, something takes over and you can't stop.
  • Food takes up so much mental space that you're constantly second-guessing yourself, negotiating with yourself, judging yourself, and you're tired of thinking about food 24/7.
  • You've tried enough diets to know they don't work for you long-term, but you also don't know what the alternative is, and the idea of giving up on controlling your food completely terrifies you.
  • You eat in secret sometimes. You feel ashamed afterwards. You want to be someone who just has a healthy relationship with food, and you can't understand why that feels so impossibly far away.

Eat with Ease is NOT for you if:

  • You have an active eating disorder, like anorexia or bulimia.
  • You're under 18 years old.
  • You don't feel ready for a high-touch, deeply supportive 1:1 coaching partnership.

FAQs

Questions you might have

Eat with Ease is a 1:1 program, so there are no cohorts or launch dates. Book your free discovery call, and if we decide together that it's the right fit, we'll find a start date that works for you, based on my availability.

We meet 1:1 on Zoom once a week for 12 weeks. Your first session is 75 minutes, and the remaining 11 sessions are 45 minutes each.

Between sessions, you have the option to make your way through my comprehensive intuitive eating online program, which walks you step by step away from the restrict-overeat cycle and towards food freedom, peace and trust. The 10 modules cover everything from the full intuitive eating framework to body image resources, mindset strategies, nervous system regulation tools, nutrition science education and so much more.

It's a free conversation for women who want to learn more about working together. We'll chat about where you're at with food and your body, what you've tried and what your goals are. I'll explain how the whole program works, and we'll decide together if it's the right fit for you.

Most of my clients have read the intuitive eating books and followed all the body-positive accounts, but still feel a disconnect between what they know and how they feel in their body.

Coming off years of restriction and trying to "just listen to your body" without support is incredibly hard, especially when your body's signals have been overridden for so long. This work is about gently closing that distance, so you can finally, truly trust your body and honour its needs.

This is one of the most common fears I hear, and I completely understand it. When we let go of restriction, certain foods carry what I call a higher emotional charge, because part of us fears they'll be taken away again.

But when you feel safe in your body, and we remove the food rules and the morality from eating, that urgency fades. You'll have my support every step of the way, because this is so much easier with support.

The short answer is: I don't know. Some women lose weight, if that's where their body is meant to be. Others don't, and some gain weight. What I do know is that keeping the focus on weight loss is probably what's keeping you stuck.

The outcome we're working towards is a peaceful, trusting relationship with food and your body. And when we get there, I know it sounds hard to believe, but your weight truly does take care of itself, and you'll settle at a healthy, happy weight for your unique body.

Yes. As an APD I can give you evidence-based dietitian support for PMOS, insulin resistance, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, IBS, thyroid disorders, perimenopause and menopause, all without a diet-culture lens. I'll review your blood work and give you personalised nutrition guidance for your body, alongside the food freedom work.

Eat with Ease is best suited to women struggling with emotional eating, binge eating and the chronic diet-binge cycle. It's not suitable if you're currently struggling with anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa. If that's you, please speak to your GP for further support.

If you have a history of an eating disorder and would describe your current eating struggles as disordered eating, we can absolutely chat to see if this is the right program for you.

You'll have the option to extend your program for as long as you need. Every client I work with is different and starts from a different place, so towards the end of our 12 weeks we'll talk through my clinical recommendations and what you need moving forward.

I've worked with women for anywhere from 12 weeks to 2 years, and I have packages available if you'd like to continue as a longer-term client.

Yes! All sessions are on Zoom, and I work with women worldwide. If you can't find a discovery call time on my calendar that suits your time zone, please email hello@foodfreedomclub.com.au and we'll try to find a time that works for you.

Ready to quiet the noise of diet culture and reconnect with your own body, intuition, and inner knowing?

“Don’t hesitate! You will not regret it, you will ask yourself why you didn’t reach out sooner.”
