These terms govern your use of foodfreedomclub.com.au. By using this website, booking a discovery call, or engaging any services offered through it, you agree to these terms.

About us

Food Freedom Club is operated by Cassie Knudsen, Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), based in Sydney, Australia. ABN: 42 248 365 966. Contact: hello@foodfreedomclub.com.au.

The services we offer

Food Freedom Club offers Eat with Ease, a 12-week 1:1 coaching program built on The Eat with Ease Method and delivered by Cassie Knudsen, Accredited Practising Dietitian. It includes 12 one-to-one Zoom sessions (the first is 75 minutes, the rest are 45 minutes), access to the Eat with Ease online program, email support between sessions, a blood work review and personalised nutrition guidance. Detailed program terms (pricing, payment, cancellation and refund policy) will be provided in writing before you enrol.

Discovery calls

Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation to purchase. If you join our email list, you agree to receive occasional emails from Food Freedom Club. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over. By booking a call or enrolling in the program, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

Program terms

Program-specific terms will be provided in writing before you enrol in Eat with Ease. Those terms will cover:

• Program duration, session cadence, and format (12 weeks, 12 one-to-one Zoom sessions)
• Pricing, payment options, and refund policy
• Cancellation and rescheduling policy
• Scope of practice: Food Freedom Club is not an eating disorder treatment service. Suitability is discussed on the discovery call. If you are currently under the care of a treating team for a clinical eating disorder, please discuss joining with your treating team first

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

All materials provided as part of Eat with Ease, including video modules, workbooks, worksheets, audio guides, frameworks, and methodology, are the intellectual property of Cassie Knudsen and Food Freedom Club. They are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share them with third parties.

Limitation of liability

While we provide our services with professional care and in line with Dietitians Australia standards, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Coaching is a collaborative process and results depend significantly on your engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching engagement with reasonable notice in cases of:

• Material breach of these terms
• Conduct that makes the working relationship untenable
• A clinical change of circumstance that makes the program unsuitable for you

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will first be addressed by direct discussion, then mediation if needed, and only via the courts as a last resort.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date tells you when. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
